Our Products

High Resistance Steel Raised Access Floor

Our 24″ x 24″ solid steel raised floor panel is designed for maximum strength and durability in the most demanding environments.

The panel features a 36 mm thickness and supports a uniform load capacity of 410 lb/ft². Constructed from SAE 1010 galvanized steel, with a 16-gauge top plate and 20-gauge bottom plate cold-pressed to maximize rigidity and strength.

Reinforced internally with 64 electro-welded semi-spheres, the panel resists bending and heavy wear. The surface is coated with a high-pressure laminate designed for heavy traffic and abrasion resistance, capable of withstanding up to 8,000 abrasion cycles.

Edge protection using a virtual edge design prevents delamination of the laminate, maintaining long-term durability and aesthetic quality. Finished with a premium electrostatic gray paint and mortar injection, the panel is corrosion-resistant and built to last.

Ideal for data centers, control rooms, and other critical environments, this panel provides unmatched strength and reliable performance under heavy loads.

Air Conditioning Ready Steel Access Floor

Our 24″ x 24″ perforated steel raised floor panel is engineered for optimal airflow and superior structural performance. With a robust 36 mm thickness, it offers a uniform load capacity of 410 lb/ft², making it ideal for demanding environments such as data centers, technology companies, and critical control rooms.

Constructed from high-strength galvanized steel, the panel is cold-pressed to enhance rigidity and dimensional stability. Reinforced with 64 electro-welded semi-spheres embedded in the panel, it significantly resists bending and deformation under heavy loads.

Precision-cut perforations cover the surface to maximize air circulation, supporting efficient cooling systems essential in temperature-sensitive facilities. The perforation pattern balances airflow with structural integrity to maintain strength without compromising ventilation.

The finish includes a durable electrostatic gray paint coating with mortar injection to secure the laminate and protect against corrosion and wear. The top surface is laminated with Micarta F/16, a high-pressure laminate rated for up to 8,000 abrasion cycles, ensuring excellent resistance to heavy traffic.

Virtual edge protection prevents delamination of the laminate, maintaining both aesthetic and functional integrity over time. This panel is designed to meet the stringent requirements of modern data centers, offering durability, airflow efficiency, and mechanical strength.

High Resistance Bare Steel Access Floor

Our 24″ x 24″ bare steel raised floor panel is designed specifically for environments where a finished surface will be applied on site, such as carpet, vinyl, or other floor coverings common in office and commercial spaces.

Built with the same high-strength galvanized steel base and cold-pressed for rigidity, it features a 36 mm thickness and a uniform load capacity of 410 lb/ft². Reinforced with electro-welded semi-spheres, the panel resists deformation and provides a stable, level platform.

Unlike finished panels, the bare panel comes without a laminate surface, allowing for customized floor finishes to suit the specific aesthetic and functional requirements of the installation environment.

Finished with a protective coating to prevent corrosion and ensure longevity, the bare panel supports easy access to underfloor cabling and airflow management systems while providing the flexibility needed for office and commercial applications.

High Resistance Steel Support Structure

Our steel pedestal support system is engineered for strength, stability, and precise leveling in raised floor installations across data centers, commercial buildings, and critical control environments.

Each pedestal includes a rugged 3″ square base made from 12-gauge steel and a welded leveling screw for accurate height adjustment from 6″ to 31″. Lower pedestal heights use ¾” steel tubing, while taller setups feature 1″ heavy-duty tubing for added load capacity and rigidity.

Designed for demanding applications, the system supports optional 1″ steel stringers that enhance lateral stability and provide added resistance in seismic zones or high-traffic areas.

Built for long-term durability and structural performance, the pedestal system allows fast installation, easy maintenance access, and full compatibility with airflow and cable management systems, delivering a flexible foundation for mission-critical spaces.
